Psychotherapist

I am passionate about connecting with people and helping them through their life journey.

I have been a mental health professional in the Illawarra for 18 years in various roles: acute mental health, community mental health and private hospital mental health. Within these roles I have had the opportunity to treat individuals with a range of difficulties with a range of approaches. Most recently, I have worked at the Ramsay Clinic Thirroul, Australia’s first women’s only trauma hospital. There I provided clients with medical care as well as individual and group psychotherapy.

I have a Bachelor of science majoring in Biochemistry and neuroscience and a medical degree from the University of Sydney. I also have a Bachelor of laws with class 1 Honours from the University of Wollongong. I have studied psychotherapy at the Jansen Newman Institute and also have a certificate in Trauma studies from the Justice Resource Centre Massachusetts.

I love nothing more than a perfectly brewed cup of tea and enjoy getting lost in the beauty of watercolours.
