The Power of Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a way to get support when you’re struggling with your thoughts, emotions, or life challenges. It can help ease symptoms, uncover the root causes of your feelings, and guide you towards healing and emotional well-being.
Whether you’re dealing with stress, trauma, illness, loss, or conditions like anxiety and depression, therapy offers a safe space to work through it. Psychotherapy is sometimes used alongside medication or other therapies to help you live a more balanced life.
Therapy Is Not One Size Fits All
My belief is that therapy should be as unique as the person seeking it. My goal is to design a personalised approach that fits your specific needs and journey.

duration
Psychotherapy can be short-term, lasting a few weeks to months, dealing with the more immediate challenges, or long-term, months to years, for deeper and more complex issues. The goals of treatment and duration as well as the frequency of treatment are to be discussed by the patient and therapist together.

Efficacy
Research shows that about 75% of people benefit from psychotherapy, experiencing symptom relief and improved well-being. It’s linked to positive changes in the brain and body, leading to better mental health, fewer sick days, and greater work satisfaction.
